Christelle Dervieux’s pretty guesthouse overlooks the sea, offering a wide panorama of the Cap Corse region.
Built in 2016 on an agricultural field, Christelle is committed to helping her guests discover local goods, starting with produce from the farm that Paul-François, her partner, is in charge of.
She says, “We have a flock of Merino sheep and we grow our own fruit and vegetables. I love making small dishes for our guests. I make my own jams, which are perfect for breakfast. Our guests are discerning and they particularly appreciate local produce,” she concludes.
In order to improve her skills for this new venture, Christelle doesn’t think twice about taking training courses, a recent one of which was a “Macaroons” course! Two more bedrooms will soon be built at Monte à Torra. A joy for those who love peaceful spaces!
