The affable Louis Pinna welcomes visitors with a big smile and a basket full of grapes, right next to his red Ferrari, which stands out amongst the green of all his vines! The setting and character are well-constructed! Louis has an incredible zest for life and, in his eyes, every day is a gift.

“I’ve spent my whole life in the vineyard where I’ve been making wine for thirty years. When the time came to retire, I didn’t really plan on stopping completely. “I decided to cultivate table grapes instead. I planted several varieties of red and white grapes, for my own pleasure as well as for my customers, whether professional or individuals, who come here to enjoy the freshness of a grape that has been harvested that very same day.” In both summer and winter, Louis Pinna walks through the paths of his colourful vineyard every morning.

“I never get bored of it and it revitalises me, what more could you want!” he says under the amused eye of his daughter, Marie-Madeleine, who sometimes leaves her dance studio to come and help with the harvesting. At the entrance of the estate, under her shaded stall, Louis’ wife takes care of the tastings and selling. If you are passing by, make sure you go and sample their freshly pressed organic grape juice, just a few metres from the point of sale, a pure moment of ecstasy!
