An unusual couple on an exciting journey! Marc Ceselia, in his sixties, likes to joke. Only a few jokes though because when it comes to explaining his business, he is serious again, ardently showing off his know-how. Charlène Mélou, 35, explains their trade. " We prioritise edible flowers, aromatic plants and then seasonal market gardening ". And once her sporty silhouette has started forward into the middle of the plantations, the visitor can discover an explosion of flavours!

Bergamot basil, Thai thyme, Sichuan peppercorns and a thousand other fragrances exude from these 8,000 m2 of family land. Composed of endemic herbs and flowers but not exclusively, the compositions of the Herb Garden are distinguished by the crazy bet of being able to grow species from all over the world in the land of Bonifacio. " Not in an uncontrolled way, Marc clarifies. Although they come from the 4 corners of the world, we work a shorter circuit! For example, we go to a nurseryman in Propriano for everything that comes from outside. For the rest, we collect our own seeds and even do some swaps!"

Our only motto is: autonomy and curiosity! Today, the farm has a brand new processing laboratory, Marc at its helm, which has chutneys, jellies and aromatic oils on offer, as well as more recently a range of syrups. The supervision and maintenance of the plantations are entrusted to Charlène ("more meticulous" by her partner's own admission!) The field of discovery is still immense for Marc and Charlène, luckily for everyone else!
