Although the village of Albertacce is not very big and meeting people is not too difficult, it was nonetheless the same love of horses that brought Emmanuelle Castellani and Ange-Pierre Negroni together. For over twenty years the couple have been proudly weaving their way around the Niolu area on horseback. After a few ventures into the restaurant business, they have returned to their first love. Today, this passion is unchanged, their commitment is total and there isn't much else you need to run a thriving ranch business at the foot of Monte Cintu and Paglia Orba both in summer and in winter

“Winters are sometimes long, cold or it snows, but we are determined to keep our business going all year round and to demonstrate to as many people as possible that you can go horse riding all year round. The highlight is the summer treks to Lake Ninu, but when winter comes along, the more dedicated people come to see us and, believe you me, they are not disappointed, especially with our ski-joring activity, where the skier is pulled along by horse - thrills and spills guaranteed”, comments Emmanuelle. To create a loyal clientele, as well as a welcoming atmosphere at the Ranch, guest rooms are available and, in the evening, the saddle is replaced by the fireside. A real “Niulinchi ” cowboy lifestyle"!
