A secret, perhaps even a sacred pact, seems to link the people here to their land: for five generations, the Santamaria family has ploughed and cleared the soil; they innovate, progress and spare no effort... and the land returns these gifts! The wines and muscats of the holding are the delight and pride of an entire region!

Jean-Louis Santamaria now heads the property. Discreet, friendly and with a collective spirit, he presents himself as "simply" a small-scale winemaker.
"Of course, I listened to my father’s advice... but good wine is a gift from nature, rather than the outcome of any technique!" he says... When you understand to what extent winemaking resembles walking a tightrope –where one wrong step can be fatal! – then you realise how much care is required! Convinced that sustainable and responsible agriculture is the best approach, he has begun, since 2011, to move towards organic agriculture. An approach that his son Thomas is set to continue...
In the tasting room, you will learn the different grape varieties and sample the reds, whites, rosés, muscats... all with exceptional purity of expression! Emilie, his assistant, will demonstrate how to marry these wonderful wines with fitting food…
