Le Clos Santini, situated in the heart of the prestigious Patrimonio vineyard, stretches over 21 hectares – where half the vines are over forty years old.
Founded in 1850 and situated ideally in an area with chalky clay soil, it now has organic status.
The mechanical tillage of the soil and the manual harvest allows the production of award-winning wines from different high-quality grape varieties, such as Niellucciu and Vermentinu. Franck Santini also produces Cap-Corse Muscat.
Always seeking to improve his wines, he has just purchased a new ultra-modern vat allowing him to perfectly control the oxygen as well as vinification and barrel temperatures. He has also set up a wine-tasting cellar.
