His eyes have remained those of a little boy who loves dogs and horses... but also those of someone who could simply drop everything and set off travelling around the world!
Leaving everything suddenly and travelling is exactly what Ludovic did before returning to his village to be reunited with his roots and where his strong character and determination drove him to open a farm!
Today, he works tirelessly amongst his centuries-old chestnut trees. Tending to trees - 400 of them, no less! - picking their fruit, drying it for twenty days by a wood fire and finishing them for two full days in the village oven before finally bringing them to the mill to obtain a perfumed flour...
From October to December, his work is intense and very physical! But his flour is already on a par with any from Murato! Organically produced, it is also AOP-certified.
A happy man awaits you!... Happy... and ambitious!
Seeking to diversify, he has renovated an abandoned olive grove, and it is already produceing olive oil under the name of “AOP Corsica Oil - Oliu di Corsica"! Fitting recognition of his expertise and the high quality of his produce... an oil full of character and deliciously fruity. You can find it in his shop in Murato and delicatessens throughout the area.
