Nothing predestined David Bichon to working the land, but still he chose the Balagne olive-growing path for his future.

In the 70s, the young man began by restructuring an olive grove near the village of Avapessa. It soon became clear that this farmer wanted to acquire more extensive land and began with locations in the Reginu plain. Seventeen hectares were then cultivated. Dominique made her entrance in 2000! A florist in Île Rousse, she embarked on the adventure alongside her future husband. Together they acquired new plots of land. Another threehectares completed the domain, on which a thousand trees of endemic variety were then planted. Fifteen years later, there areabout 7000 olive trees on the property!

"Before all else, this business is my passion,” says Dominique. “David started with a small farm, with my help - some form of new support - we had the desire to strive for the superior quality and authenticity of the product. Our farm remains a challenge every day!” And the adventure is far from over!
