Her Corsican cheese, garden fig soufflé and wonderful soft chestnut cake... "I love meeting new guests and making delicious meals for them... my cooking draws heavily on fresh and genuine produce from Cap Corse and the surrounding area... and also dishes that my mother cooked in my childhood."
