If this Taravu farmhouse inn has now become a regional gourmet institution, it unquestionably owes this to the quality of its delicious Corsican cuisine, and perhaps also to the personality of its owners who sought to create a place reflecting their character: authentic and warm.
Let’s start with Angeot: now here’s a real character who speaks loudly, challenges and jokes with his customers, and you know what?They want more, so much so that one sometimes wonders if he’s not the real attraction of the inn. Joking aside, behind his burly outward appearance, there is a tireless worker - someone who loves his land and his craft – welcoming you to the inn. Before kicking back for those few moments with his customers, Angeot will have begun his marathon of a day by feeding his cattle, maintaining the farm or making his charcuterie…
Nadia, despite her open smile, is of a more discreet nature, but do not let appearances deceive you, she is a true master in the kitchen! She knows that her business’ reputation and customers' loyalty rely on constant vigilance; continously producing tasty and generous cuisine that reflects the true nature of Corsican hospitality.
