One word unites Bruno and Sylvain Milanini: authenticity. Perpetuating the expertise of their father, Jean-Yves (one of the first founders - if not the first - of farms/inns in Corsica), the two brothers are eager to help visitors discover the island’s traditions.

Everything begins with a simple and convivial ambiance and decoration. “It was essential for us to maintain this sincerity,” says Sylvain. “Both in the buildings (these are all made of stone, wood and glass) which blend in with nature, and in our cuisine.”

Let’s talk about the vegetable garden! To name a few, there are sixty varieties of tomatoes, fifteen of aubergines and ten of courgettes! Old varieties lovingly grown in sustainable agriculture. “It’s a return to the cuisine of yesteryear,” says Bruno with a smile. “We take great care in the preparation of our salads and always use seasonal products. Everything is made on site and decisions are made with our chef.” Soon, wine enthusiasts will have the opportunity to discover wine production, with 100% natural sulphite-free wine, with extraordinary blue lagoon hues: the IMAJYN, a worthy homage to Jean-Yves Milanini.
